Rehearsals begin soon for our 2024 Handel's Messiah Season. All rehearsals and performances will be held at Fredericksburg Baptist Church, 1019 Princess Anne St., Fredericksburg VA 22401. The chorus is open to all singers. We use the Novello (Watkins Shaw) edition, and scores will be available for purchase at our first rehearsal.

Sunday December 8 - Concerts at 3:00 pm & 7:00 pm

The Fredericksburg Community Chorus is a non-profit organization founded on the belief that Handel’s great work could and should be performed in Fredericksburg by local singers. This is one of the great Choral works of all-time that is traditionally enjoyed during the Christmas Season. Performing or experiencing this music infuses people with the awe-inspiring truth about Christmas. The FCC has built a proud tradition of performing this piece for the community each year with the hope of inspiring others and the intent to glorify God.

Local Singers are welcome to join the Fredericksburg Community Chorus in preparing and delivering this year’s performance.
